Fleabag is surprisingly good. Seems like it's for women but every guy I know who watched it loved it. Definitely a not for watching with kids or your parents type of show.
I've watched it and it is very well done. I'm still not sure how I feel about it - unfortunately the superheroes are probably based how they would act in real life. They have given super powers to a bunch of screwed up human beings - maybe based on professional athletes.
But it was the superpowers that screwed them up. They were given the powers as babies. So they wernt screwed up then (maybe theirs parents were?).
I agree that this is exactly how it would end up in real life. Someone would try to make a fortune off of their powers. One difference is that based off how the pharma industry works, theres no way that they wouldnt be telling the supes that they had to keep taking that stuff to keep their powers (dont think most of them ddid). The corporation would need to maintain control.

Plan on watching it soon. So far I think the best series so far has been Krypton. Not sure why it isn't getting better ratings.
Most of my buddies are big into the superhero movies. I am definitely not. We all like this show. Carry on.

I watched that last night, that was hysterical. I love how the show will go from the plane scene to the dolphin scene.
One of my favorite plot lines is the fish guy... Have you seen the lobster scene yet????
Give me season 2 already! I love comic book movies and this was a cool different take on it all. I'm glad there will be another season.
Thought the show started stronger than it ended. I really lilked it then went to eh. Probably wont watch season 2.

I'll watch season 2, but the whole international terrorist plot was a reach. Had they stuck to just their own issues and the steroids, I think it would have been more entertaining. Still overall, I enjoyed it.
My take after watching them all, kinda loved all of the OMG and WTF moments. Lots of me going "Damn".
The ending was quite the twist from the twisted evil POS Mr. Homelander, although it is the end result of the evil corporation.
You should have let A-Train die. To beat these folk you can't be that soft. JFC, Homelander just fried his mommy figure and let her baby get blown up. I know it feeds the "See, Starlight" I am not a murderer guy" take for Hughie but come-on he will out super gal.
I actually think the terrorist thingie is okay. Makes it more than just a simple revenge and corruption line and it is the result of the corruption and evilness that is Homelnader so it fits.
Not sure what's going to happen with Butcher. His wifey dearest is alive, not dead and killed by Homelander. Plus she looks to have been hero banging him, not raped. And she has a sup boy, Kidlander. Damn, dude, you are ******.
Quite the turn for The Deep as first introduced. Creepy dude is almost a sympathetic, although somewhat pathetic, character now after multiple "damn, dude" scenes (the dolphin, the lobster, the gill assault).
