So...1 more top 10 finish and 1 more BCS level game than ISU has had in its history?Only 1 top 10 finish in the 9 seasons. Only 1 BCS level game in the last 9 seasons (same season as the top 10 finish).

So we can expect a top 10 finish and BCS level bowl in year 4? KF did it....News flash. ISU football sucked pre-CMC

Only 1 top 10 finish in the 9 seasons. Only 1 BCS level game in the last 9 seasons (same season as the top 10 finish). The last Big 10 title was 15 seasons ago. That dude's career highlights came in his 4th, 5th, 6th, and 11th seasons. If it wasn't for the 2015 season, Iowa wouldn't have anything to hang their hat on since the 2009 season. The dude's career took a hard nose-dive and he's still got you all out here defending him like he's winning bigly. Sign of the times, mi amigo.
Again, he is the 6th highest paid coach in the conference so not sure what the expectations should be here, you would need to fill in those blanks. His "nose dive" would be the best ISU era of football.....ever.
Iowa knows how much it means to isu regardless of what isu’s national aspirations appear to be. When the clones win against the Hawks in Ames you all storm the field.

If CMC was in the Big Ten I would be disappointed if he didn't by year 4

Cool, but maybe ISU's atrocious football history shouldn't be Kirk's benchmark?
The same Big Ten that has 11 of 14 with 6 wins or more O/U for 2019 as compared to 7 of 10 for the Big 10?
At one point in KF's career he was over paid, but you really can't say that anymore. Ridiculous what coaching salaries have come to.
Is he really the 6th best coach in the Big Ten though?
Who said anything about using isu’s history for KF’s benchmarks? KF has delivered results isu has never experienced in its history.
