Flight of the Navigator is a good choice. I'm still waiting for the remake of Brewster's Millions, directed by and starring Donald Glover as a washed up point guard playing in the CBA who inherits a billion dollars, but only if he can spend 100 million in thirty days with nothing to show for it. I'd watch.
The Richard Pryor and John Candy version would be a pretty difficult bar to crest.
