Need to hear what you got planned for your Grill, BBQing, or smoker. I want to do lime chili marinade for bone-in chicken finished with hickory chips. I have a friend doing jazzed up hamburgers in his smoker- pretty good if not great. Also some beer brats which are one of my 4th must haves.

Can the Johnston cops just show up now to let me know again that fireworks are illegal to shoot off in the city limits? I dont like when they show up at 10pm after all day drinking around the smoker.

Will do pork loins and wings for lunch and ribs for dinner on a Traeger.

Plan on smoking over 10 lbs of wings. Quick and easy.

Got a bag defrosting in the fridge. Gonna marinade overnight in hot sauce and then sprinkle on some of my BBQ dry rub and smoke for around 2 hours and then toss in buffalo sauce.

Picked up a 11 lb brisket at Walmart for $2.98 /lb. I've gone to choose the smaller weight briskets as they seem to have a thicker flat and not as much of a point.
