This has been happening everywhere, almost every social media post about ISU football seems to have a Hawk chiming in looking for a pissing contest. It's funny, they downplay ISU's 8-5 seasons but man, it sure has them spooked. They haven't been this insecure since Danny Mac beat them 5 straight, which is weird, their program is a good shape, not sure why they are comparing themselves with us.
Why would Iowa be spooked by isu’s back to back 8-5 seasons? Iowa has better facilities, better budget, better recruiting and bigger fan base. Generally a better program. But CyTwins has his random poll so at least there is that for isu.

I was looking at the Iowa game thread from last fall this morning and it sure didn’t take long for isu fans to turn on CMC. I will have to check it out again this year. Epic meltdown looming.

Actually look at the head to head series history. Iowa State vs Oklahoma is the most lopsided in all of sports, of course.

I had just thought it was our choice of teams. But, the differences in content of our character is stark, and disappointing
