Keep Blaise away from NE.They would be great pickups for ISU.
Because the Big Ten West is horribleusing warrennolan or whatever it is
2017 - the season ISU claims is better than Iowa, Iowa had a strength of schedule of 5th, ISU was 34th.
2016 - Iowa 23rd - ISU 63
SO the Average Strength of Schedule with Campbell at the helm for ISU was 41st.
the Average Strength of Schedule with Ferentz at the helm for Iowa was 25th. (last 3 years)
SO why the hell do ISU fans argue about the big 10 west being bad?
They won it in 2015This statement is laughable coming from a fan whose team can't win the easiest conference division in College football
With one of the easiest schedules on college football history and a lot of luck. They won it in 2015
Except neither one of your last 2 8-5 teams have been ranked in the AP poll to finish the year.
Losing to teams like Iowa does not mean you are better.
All of what I just said is true, what is bolded is straight up opinion.
When will ISU pass Iowa in recruiting?
Less with more? Not even close.
Especially with the way the Big 12 will be down this year with their top teams. Baylor, OSU, TCU, KSU are not what they used to be, at least for this coming year. Big 10 has about half of thier teams ranked in pre season magazines some have 6-7 teams. Big 12 has 3, some with 4 and that is only one I think with Baylor. with the big 2 (Ok, and Texas) leading the way, per usual.
Maybe ISU is gaining traction in the Big 12 because of how easy it is to finish top 3 right now
How can you be higher with the same or worse record and not being ranked and losing the head to head?
Because the Big Ten West is horrible
Remember when you pieces of **** tried to pretend you got better as the season went on because you beat terrible teams? Remember how you tried to pretend playing Indiana was the same as playing Oklahoma so you could make that stupid argument?
Not really, With a schedule ranking of 41 on average the last three years according to the cite posted, the big 12 is very average outside of Ok and Texas. ISU has been the 3rd or 4th best team the last 2 years with an 8-5 recordYou’re a ******* moron.
29% of the B1G West finished last season ranked.
30% of the Big 12 finished last season ranked.
Sorry.
You are wrong schedule rank was 51 Overall according to teamrankings.comWith one of the easiest schedules on college football history and a lot of luck.
For some reason, that warrennolan.com would not work for me for 2015 so I looked it up on teamrankings.com. ISU had a 39 rank that year and Iowa had a 51 for SOS......
So, looking at the numbers, Iowa and ISU are not much different, in fact in the last 4 years. Iowa has played a tougher schedule.
You are wrong schedule rank was 51 Overall according to teamrankings.com
@Janny please ban this asshat.
If the season went by analytics, we wouldn't even play games. North Dakota State is listed as the 19 best team in the nation based off that data.
Nice play. So Iowa with a bad draw for an easy schedule had a 47 rank and ISU with those really hard games had 27. If you think that is a drastic difference, it is not. Not even in the top 25 for toughest schedule in the nation, which was what ISU hung their hat on. Please correct me if I am wrong, but I do not believe Drake is even eligible for that list of ranking.
And Northwestern won the division on the road with games to play.29% of the B1G West finished last season ranked.
30% of the Big 12 finished last season ranked.
Sorry.
There are 55 P5 teams. Nearly all the top 55 will be P5 teams. So. Yes, 47 on SOS is pretty bad for a major program.
