that is so true, he backed into so many recruits. Many of them legacy recruits who dads played sports at Iowa. The rest were life long hawkeye fans.

Because it's the reality of the situation in IC under Fran. The guy can't recruit for **** outside of the borders of Iowa. Tyler Cook being a strange exception. I will credit the guy for the downfall of UNI basketball. He steals their recruits at a very high level.

Yeah, it's remarkable really. At some point soon, the well is going to dry up and then they will have to deal with the consequences of being terrible recruiters.
