I feel like at that point in the season Fran was outcoaching Prohm. This was before Fran got suspended two games and Iowa limped to their finish. They did rebound by winning an NCAA tournament game. Big 12 Tourney was huge for Prohm this year.

He did tell UCLA he wasn't interested when they reached out and despite the dumpster fire the PAC12 currently is I think UCLA is still a bigger job than Michigan in basketball.
