On That Note: Give Us Your Keys

These were secret guilty pleasures for an early rock and roll music fan:

Ferrante & Teicher's Exodus

Hugo Winterhalter's Canadian Sunset

and Roger Williams' version of Autumn Leaves

I'm late to the discussion and didn't scroll through all 8 pages so I don't know if these 2 have been posted yet.

I played my music on random a few nights on the commute listening for pianos, organ and keyboards and these were my favorites. (there was also some Elvis Costello, Elton John, and Billy Joel but seems those have been more than covered).

Freedom '90 - George Michael.
Always thought this was one of the most well crafted pop songs and it's certainly one of the most well made Music videos courtesy of David Fincher.

Situation - Yaz
Probably my favorite keyboard/synthesizer from that era.

Sometimes - Erasure
Could have picked any Erasure song, video soooo cheesy yet I cannot look away.

*Edit:
I saw @MeanDean got my Procol Harum organ on the first page.

From GoT and Westworld fame. Wasn’t a big fan of the GoT battle song this week. Felt like the heavy piano didn’t fit.

The Westworld old style player piano of Radiohead OK Computer songs are beyond perfect in just about every way for that show. It's like Radiohead did their soundtrack for them 20 years ahead of time and also wrote part of their plot.

Now I'm curious - what is the other 1? Taking a wild guess here: "All Things Must Pass," maybe?

Yep, All Things maybe in the argument for my favorite album period. McCartney's first album I like so much more than his other stuff. I love that album. Plastic Ono Band is so unique, maybe the most emotional album I listen to.

You made me realize, I've never compiled a favorites list for Beatles solo albums. Admittedly, there's quite a few I haven't heard in entirety or it has been years since hearing in-full (Paul's post-80 catalog alone, I've barely scratched the surface).

They all had winners immediately following the breakup of the band--especially George--which suggests what might have been...Well, Ringo's best albums were probably not for a few years (I'm the greatest; good night Vienna) but It Don't come easy came out in 1970 and George was obviously all over that. Could have easily been a Beatles record. A much better song about life (less pretentious) than Let it Be in my opinion. But yeah, best solo Beatles albums a worthy topic..
