People gave Hassel a real hard time when he was in Des Moines, but even though he's a Hawk fan, I think he does a good job of not blindly praising the school.

I think the administration there has really soured him the last couple years.

TJ seems like a good kid. I think he's got a bright future. Seems like the Lions have been hovering at close to .500 for a while, so he's got a shot to really help out.

I've been trying to stick to the non-rivalry threads... music, BBQ, politics, Friday OT, movies, draft. The rivalry banter just isn't as much fun when Iowa wins at literally everything. And Twins' game has completely fossilized, I don't have the heart. I do like ISU's chances this fall at MidAmerican Energy Field though. So who knows.
