BigXII winning the NIT, the Women's tournament, and in the final of the Men's tournament. I think there is no doubt which is the tougher conference. Only an idiot would argue against it.
A lot of people don't factor in that we only have 10 programs to the ACC's 15 and the Big Ten's 14.
Per program the Big 12 is the best conference quite obviously. It has been most years since conference realignment got rid of some weak programs and added WVU.
