Joker Movie Trailer

Kind of follows the same story line of You Were Never Really Here, except this time Phoenix goes off the deep end.

Looks like a really dark, Se7en type film. I'm definitely excited to see it.

So when does Batman kick his ass?

Gotham features some of the most interesting villains of all time. DC is on a hot streak since Wonder Woman & Aquaman. Now they need to fix Batman & Superman.

Wait are we calling Aquaman good? Cause I just watched it and at times I couldn't tell if I was watching a big budget film or the old Power Rangers tv show. The dialogue was clunky and acting was pretty dismal.

Ranks last as far as the most recent DC movies in my opinion.

I say all that, and I am pretty good at suspending my disbelief so I can just enjoy the story. Aquaman did not allow me to do that.

Back on topic. This looks very interesting, and I will be sure to watch on the big screen.

Superman is boring.

Not when Terence Stamp is the villain.

Based on Thomas Wayne being alive and running for mayor, I doubt this universe has the Joker and Batman being adversaries. The two would have at least 30 years in age difference. It's also a one-off because Phoenix doesn't want to be involved with the same role over and over.

So weird they would go that route. I don't understand how you can have one without the other. It's like Bird without Magic. Peanut butter without jam. David Spade without Chris Farley.

idk, I get where you are coming from for sure. But if there is one villain that the mainstream can accept a full-fledged solo movie on, it is the Joker.
