Has anyone decreased their tickets? Were you able to keep the same seats? We usually get 3, but one of my kids never wants to go anymore. Thinking about dropping to 2 if I can keep the same seats.

I'd call the ticket office - we decreased by one a few years back, but it was separate from our other seats, so wasn't a big deal. We did have an issue in the TM site, changed our donation this year and it got all fouled up. That or I just got confused... 
I emailed the NCC and they took care if it quickly.
I did the exact same thing last week. Call and tell them which seat to drop. They will then have a new invoice you can pay for online.
You should be more worried about your kid not wanting to go to Jack on a beautiful Saturday in the fall.
I completely agree, he is a twin, and his brother lives for saturdays already. Even talked me into the drive to the Alamo bowl as a good bonding experience. I just hate seeing a ticket for unused for $500.
I went from 4 to 2 for the same reason. Didn't have any problems. Actually was able to move down a few rows with just 2 seats. This was ~4 years ago.
Am I the only one who read the thread title and was worried that season ticket orders were drastically down?
That’s exactly why I clicked in. Renewals aren’t due until Friday, I suppose they wouldn’t have real numbers yet? I don’t think we’d ever know so early, usually when mini packs show up suddenly or late season sales happen we know that the AD is worried about numbers.
Price increase this year caught me off guard - not that there was an increase, but my ticket total cost looked high. Our annual cost has gone up around 6x since 2003, with donations being a good chunk of that. But our total in 03 was equivalent to a little more than a single season ticket now (03: 4 seats, small donation, young alumni discount; 19: 5 seats, seatbacks, bigger donation to keep our parking...)
I went from 2 to 4 a couple of years ago, and may buy one additional seat in case it is available. No Hoks welcome in Section 16, thank you very much.
I was going to one-up Cyched and offer to be adopted, but maybe there isn't much of a market for 55 year-old adoptees?
