Step 1: Be really petty
Step 2: Lose your temper regularly (must be done publicly, preferably on TV)
Step 3: Get a beloved figure of the school you represent suspended based on a personal vendetta
Step 4: Treat the media like idiots (helps if you call them idiots too)
Step 5: Get a beloved figure of the school you represent suspended again, this time for being racist. Maybe.
Step 6: Call out the refs in public for cheating after a 20 point loss. Helps if this is done soon after getting someone else suspended for a minor offense.
