Iowa BB Player Tweets about ISU After Loss

Iowa got so many lucky breaks in the last couple possessions just to have a chance for JorBo's shot to tie it.

First there was Langford's drive down the lane where he CLEARLY is in the air before Garza slides underneath him to take the charge. That would have been an "and 1" likely 3 pt play that was taken away from Indiana there.

Then on Iowa's next trip down, Cook has the ball and an Indiana player swipes straight DOWN on the ball, and the ball goes straight sideways parallel to the ground and out of bounds. Now you tell me how that can happen without it going off Cook? If you swipe straight down on the ball and nobody else touches it, the ball would go straight down and hit the court, UNLESS someone else touched it to make it go straight sideways out of bounds. It clearly went off Cook, but nope, ball stayed with Iowa.

And then on JorBo's game tying shot, you talk about the clear definition of a charge by pushing off, my word. JorBo's arm straight to the chest of the Indiana player, and JorBo's arm completely extends too while shoving him away. You tell me how a defensive player is supposed to defend in that situation? Just blatant.

And Iowa needed all these things to happen just to be able to tie it. This team is catching every break. I've never seen anything like it. They never lead the game in the entire 2nd half.

Sorry man, I know this has been a rough sports season for you. Chin up though, ISU cross country was for sure better than Iowa this year.

I think his clutchness will continue for so long that Lebron's 8 consecutive NBA finals streak is in serious jeopardy.

It's been a great sports season for me, what are you talking about?

You just seem very salty over Iowa this year. Even more than usual. So I'm offering my condolences, and letting you know that it's not all bad. I'm sure ISU will be better in bball, football, wbb, and volleyball at some point again in the future. You got this, champ.

Meh, he's starting to wear on me.

Great atmosphere in CHA last night. Happy to see we are able to hold serve on our home court against unranked teams.
Starting to wear but you’re still supportive of him as an AD?
We’re you at the game? Someone tweeted it was the loudest they’ve ever heard CHA.

I would also like to chime in that I think Fran is a raging ****. The fact that Iowa fans filled Carver last night after the last 5 games of pretty flacid play really speaks volumes for Iowa fans and how they are willing to support the players.
Weird, Iowa played better for the 5 games before the Michigan State game.
