You can't blame him for having some resentment towards ISU, if you're Mr Basketball in your state and the premier program in the state doesn't even give you a phone call, you just don't forget that.

I think my only issue with him and many of his teammates is he reminds me so much of douchey belligerent fratty Hok fans that grow up slamming the Hok kool aid and trying to speak some form of ebonics even though they're from some place like Marion.

Wow. I know I’m looking at this through cardinal and gold glasses, but I would be pretty disappointed/embarrassed if an ISU player acted this way. But it’s just par for the course for the Franny and his disciples.
Also, if a coach tweeted this out (#badofficiatingcostmeawin) following a game, they would be in trouble.
It means “fun state” as in “this is a fun state to live in”.
