So you're saying the talent is there to win the Big 12 and be a top 3 seed?
There's definitely talent on the team, but it's not consistent talent. Imo, this team was never in the conversation for one of the best in the past decade.
That's not a bad thing. It's one season after a last place finish, and this team will be in the tournament, and that's with 2 freshmen starting and 2 more underclassmen with major minutes. Ideally you use this experience to grow as a team, and become even better next season. Whether all 4 of those underclassmen return will be another story.
