I guess Iowa's collapse will start in March this year...

Big 10 bottom dweller Illinois wins at Ohio State on the road. Woof.

Well not bottom dweller anymore. Any other major conference they would be.

That hurts the B1G. Ohio State could easily be a bubble team at the end of the year.
So now we are to Indiana, Nebby, NW, Penn St, Rutgers, and Illinois probably still missing the tournament. The once 10 bid idea is now down to 8 best case IMO.

Agreed. I honestly think it’s only a 6 bid league with Michigan State, Michigan, Wisconsin, Purdue, Iowa, and Maryland. Only getting 6 out of 14 is pretty bad.

Don't need D when you have a top 10 offense

Easy to have a top 10 offense given what the majority Iowa's competition has been like. Easy to pad that offensive stat line.

Currently, 12 of 19 (63%) of Iowa's wins are against teams with a .500 overall record or worse. Come the end of the year there's a good possibility that this percentage will go up.

For comparison, currently, 6 of out 18 (33%) of ISU's wins are against teams with a .500 overall record or worse

Currently, only three teams from Iowa's non-conference have a winning overall record: ISU, Oregon, and Uconn. Given Uconn's remaining schedule they'll most likely have a losing overall record come the end of the regular season.

For comparison, currently only three teams from ISU's non-conference have a losing overall record: Southern, Alabama State, and Illinois.

Did ISU have a weak / easy non-conference schedule sure. Kenpom has us at 203 currently. Iowa's is currently at 332 out of 347.
