I guess Iowa's collapse will start in March this year...

If only they tracked the big 12 and sec playing each other. Like some kind of series....
Right I’m just saying it’s silly to cherry pick games. Doesn’t make the Big 12 any worse. Big 12 and Big 10 are 1 and 2 in most every ranking and analytic you look at.

Michigan is starting to get exposed a bit. Penn State’s win tonight somewhat diminishes IA’s win over Big Blue.
Meh...CBB is nuts if you haven't noticed...especially on the road. If we're going to go that route....WVU's win over KU diminishes that win for ISU.

Speaking of CBB craziness....

Anybody catch the Duke v Louisville game? Louisville up 23 with 9 minutes left....and lose. Duke turned on a switch and Louisville's guards pissed their pants. Hate Duke...friggin horrible...

What's the name of that one guy on Duke? I think it starts with a "Z". He's pretty good but doesn't get much pub.

Exactly- it happens all over in conference play. It was a jab at the Hawk fans on here and, based on some of their responses, it worked. At least no Hawk fans on here have followed the lead of their brethren on HR by now saying that game at Penn State was a big win now.

IMO every road win is a “big” win. Just tough to win on the road in general.

Big 12 coaches are better than Big 10 coaches so that would make sense

Big Ten teams have an average defensive efficiency of 90.78. Big 12 teams have an average defensive efficiency of 91.00. So basically Iowa has a better offensive against better defenses on average. I'm sorry, I just think you're wrong here, and I I think the stats bear it out.

Iowa's offense is slightly ahead of us in KenPom. Both us and Iowa have elite offenses

It's crazy to say a road win at Penn State is a Quadrant 1 win. Shows how much value is put into winning on the road in college basketball.
Actually, Penn State #75 in NET) counting as a Q1 road win this exposes a major flaw in the NET rankings. I fully expect the NCAA to tighten up the Q1 and Q2 ranges for next year because right now the ranges are WAY to broad.
