Logically, 15 would be the cutoff for elite in this instance. Those are the rules. I didn't write them.

I'm not the one claiming they are an easy gameplan. I don't think either team is an easy gameplan. If they were, they wouldn't be great.
I probably own 20 comedies on DVD, and I don't own that one and I haven't thought of it for 10 years. It's incredibly slow. Honestly I'm not even sure I consider it a comedy.
I don't think we're that hard to game plan against. Focus on stopping us in transition and it's not overly complicated. Far more complicated than Iowa but that's not saying much

So we're far more complicated but their offense is better. That means either the coaches they are coaching against suck, or their players are better, and I don't think either is particularly the case.
Big 12 coaches are better than Big 10 coaches so that would make sense
Iowa is averaging 98 points a game against Big 12 coaches and 78 points a game against Big 10 coaches.
Like I stated earlier with the 180th ranked defense efficiency, they seem to focus more on the offensive side. Sure glad Fran is a defensive guru.
