The real joy in all of this is that they went undefeated in the non-conference and had sunshine pumped up their butts for a couple months, but they are still the same middling team they've always been. They have a 59% chance of making the tournament and are projected as a 10 seed per that site, which pleases me.
I'm rooting for them to lose a game or two that they shouldn't and end up in Dayton again. I think they're fan base's heads will explode.

The good news is LW can go to draft and if he doesn’t get drafted he can choose to return if he wants.
Completely agree..way to beat Iowa is to get hand in jobo and weiskamp face and pick them up at 25 feet..neither of them are very good at creating an outside shot...Cook will take enough 10-15 foot jumpers thinking he will still make them..Garza and cook can get theirs but if you don’t let jobo and Jw just shoot open 3’s you can beat Iowa.

Kinda funny that CF offers an "in state rivalry" forum, whereas on HR or HN you all just sit in a circle and sing Kumbaya or its a giant circle jerk with Hawk posters taking turns being the pivot man singing the praises of Fran and Kirk.
FWIW- Maybe they should change the basketball forum to a comedy forum. Some of those posts after the MSU meltdown and the getting whacked by a gopher (mole) game are pretty damn funny.
