That’s right around the same ballpark that THT’s was prior to the 2nd Kansas game.
....along with any possible Iowa recruits watching. Looked like a dumpster fire last Thursday night.
10.8 is pretty awful. At least his 6-15 shooting performance against KU raised it into double digits- nowhere to go but up!
I was surprised to see the graphic during the Miny game that Fran is a win, or two, away from tying Lute Olson's win total of 167. Growing up in Iowa City, Lute was Idol status by his 9th season - contesting for the B10 and a Final 4 appearance. To have Fran beat Lute's win record will seem unimaginable.
10.8 is not very good. He hit a wall there in conference play but has looked really good his last two games which is encouraging considering they were both on the road vs top 20 teams.
His PER on the season would be in Iowa's top 5 just slightly behind Joe's who's had a good freshman year
Leave it to benji to knock on ISU players who are being mentioned by national experts as possible 1st round draft choices.
Do you think THT has played well this season- in particular in conference play?
Ole Miss isn’t very good, and he was still a very inefficient 6-15 from the field against KU. I hope for his sake he does turn it around though- would never wish failure upon a kid.
53% eFG against KU and Ole Miss was a top 20 team in the country and on the road. Not bad for a kid who just turned 18 two months ago
Oh, I didn’t realize we were able to use eFG% here. Since you were comparing Christian Williams to Bohannon a few posts ago, would you mind telling me what each of their eFG% are?
Thanks. From the stats you were citing earlier you were making it sound like Iowa made a mistake by not playing Williams more, but it doesn’t look like they are missing out on much after all.
