lets see lived overseas for 1yr 1/2 almost 2, lived in San Diego, Jacksonville NC, Pensacola FL. still couldn't wait to move back to Iowa. granted if I move again it will be out west or back to the NC/SC coast, but that won't be for a few years. hows your prestigious school going?? getting any of this lovely weather were having?

On a rivals message board no less. It would be a lot different if we had all invaded HN and were arguing with them. They'd have their turf to defend.

School is going great- I’m in my last semester and have my job lined up already, so I am in “B’s get degrees” mode at this point. Weather has been pretty terrible recently, but there’s only another month or two left until it starts warming up a bit, and then I will be done with winters- hopefully forever. I’ll be moving somewhere warm after I graduate and have no intention of ever moving back to Iowa.
Let me try to help you out a bit- What usually happens at college sporting events when a home team pulls off a big upset and knocks off a very highly rated team?
In all honesty, you may miss the practicality of Iowa down the line. Affordable to live, schools for kids, etc.
If he went to a private college then it would make no difference if he was in-state or not. In-state tuition doesn't exist at private colleges.
You never know, but I very much doubt that will be the case- the city we are moving to is very affordable as far as major cities go. I imagine we will try to make it back once or twice a year to see family/friends and attend a football game, and that is perfectly fine with me.

I have so little respect for teams that have a philosophy of using the refs. WV comes to mind, but Iowa does it in an equally opposite way. They are coached to make contact look like fouls. It’s pathetic.
