What spring rolls are you eating that have a crunchy wrapper? Spring roll to me is a soft rice paper wrap and can have shrimp or chicken inside.

You're eating the wrong spring rolls or they have been sitting for too long. The good one's have that thin crispy wrapper.

I usually prefer hot and sour. You describe egg drop soup well. When it's good, it is so worth the fact that it feels like you're eating snot.

I like the truth in advertising. Many crab ragoons aren't either! They are cheese wontons!

Every time I leave the Tap Room I tell myself that I should try that dumpling place. And I never remember next time I'm in the area.

Are you referring to Dumpling Darling? I tried it last week. You can get flights of dumplings. It was pretty tasty, but a bit pricey.
