So had we known, one of us could have taken one for the team, get dressed in KU gear and the buy him one while someone takes a selfie. We need to plan ahead.
Buy him a ticket to a hawk game now. Will probably fall asleep and forget he saw the hawks play.
He probably would decline. How could you watch that brand of basketball after watching us dismantle the #5 team in the nation with an incredible crowd - even on a day where there was a much smaller student representation than normal.
Recruiting is weird and co$$upt.
I think Prohm has proven he can find the talent that we need, though. And while he is not perfect, he is pretty good on landing at least a few good ones per season.
Even the guys he misses on tend to do well elsewhere.
Pretty much all Iowa fan boards now saying he's no good. Wonder if XF has heard that?
I guess the thought is once a guy isn't interested in playing Mad Fran Ball they're no longer any good.

So, I don't think it is that XF is actually no good as the reason Iowa is not interested. Other boards are saying Iowa is no longer in the hunt.....XF may be losing interest in the dumpster fire going on over there. I

We may or may not land Foster, but if he ends up going to Iowa, that will just boggle my mind.
I can't see why a kid would want to play for that program and that head coach? Carver is a morgue, the team is usually pretty average, and the head coach is a lunatic. ISU, on the other hand, is a really good program, has Hilton Magic and rabid fans, and a classy head coach.

3 guys with NBA contracts, 4th with a 2 way deal playing in the NBA a lot, and a 5th with a two way deal who has been called up the past two years.
3 or 4 guys on the current roster with very solid NBA prospects.
Prohm's last three point guards going back to Murray all with NBA contracts and now TH getting the buzz.
At some point you look at who the coach has put in the league. It's not like we're Kentucky, but we're a path to the NBA. Honestly that's the next step for our football program that we're on the cusp of.

Smart kid. He’s too good for the UNI/Iowa types.
He’s going to flourish more in the college game than 3A basketball.
