Graham Couch: Iowa Basketball is a mid-major roster

This game just further proves we were their superbowl. Congrats to Iowa for beating us without Young and Wiggy.

Obviously Fran has a 15 year plan because right now it aint cutting it.

I hope we don't get punished by the selection committee for that brutally bad loss to Iowa. For our SOS, we need them to quit sucking in the B1G
No. They can keep sucking. We just need to do what Prohm said - "defend our home court, and have a winning record on the road." If we win 10 or more conference games we should be just fine.

Was on the road today. Caught the Hawk post game show. Hanson(?) asked Fran about some kid who didn't play tonight. Fran said he was 75% so they didn't play him, because of his concern for player health I LOLed ( Pemsl) Good thing Fran appeased the Hawk fans by beating ISU. Starting 0-3 in the B1G is ok now.

As somebody else mentioned, if Iowa was playing Iowa State today, Garza would have played.

Saturday is a huge day, could send this thread deep into "advanced metrics".

That game will be a blip. I will root for them to lose every game. I do hope they win a few so they don't HAVE to fire Fran, if that's even a financial possibility. Barta won't hire the right guy but there's nearly a 100% chance he would be better than Fran.
