Iowa Football Recruiting

I have a girlfriend and am pretty happy with the “life I lead”. Thanks for your concern though, totally not obsessed person.

Am I obsessed with ISU, you could say that. Graduated from there, had season tickets as long as I can remember, hit other sports when time allows. Have a daughter who told me recently that that is where she wants to attend. So, yeah you could say I'm obsessed with ISU.

I don't understand why you are.

BTW, so how often do you make it up to Canada?

Nice that you want us to believe Sargent is better than Montgomery.

I never said that Sargent was better. Just responding to the person who said the bulk of Sargent’s stats came against teams with bad defenses; so too did Montgomery’s.

Me too.

According to S&P+, Nebraska would have had the 4th best defense in the Big XII this season. There is very little talent on the defensive side of the ball in the Big XII, as evidenced by the meager number of NFL draftees from Big XII defenses each year.
Well in many out of conference games and bowls the B12 defenses have held up just fine for a W. Meanwhile many of those amazing b10 “superior” defenses have been blown out. At the end of the day the stupid ******** you have on repeat doesn’t mean anything.

And OU still goes to the playoffs... lulz.

Campbell sounds just like ferentz. Damn you are stupid benji!

What do you think is more likely:

Option A: Iowa called a recruit who didn’t have a scholarship offer and who never visited Iowa’s campus nine consecutive days leading up to signing day, despite already having a QB committed.

Option B: This particular QB told the announcer that he fielded calls from the head coach of Iowa State- a school from which he had a scholarship offer, had visited multiple times, and that was actively recruiting the QB position up until signing day- and the announcer got Iowa and Iowa State mixed up.

Pretty obvious which option is more likely to anyone with a functioning brain (*hint* It’s not Option A. Hope that helps!)

You forgot C. Announcer calls out certain Iowa coach on radio. Coach cries to AD, AD suspends said announcer for telling the truth.
