If that's the kind of basketball players you like, then Iowa is sure the team for you. Congrats on that.
I'd rather have a team full of guys that just want to ball, and not act like goons and punks.
I fully admit that the ISU players did a bad job of letting Little Mac and Pemsl knock them off their games with all their antics. Prohm should have probably done a better job going into this game warning his players that Iowa won't be interested in trying to win this game by just matching their skills against ours, they will try to muddy it up, make it ugly, push and shove, etc to get you off your game and to fight back.
Some of ISU's players did not do a good job of this. That is a fact.
If you like supporting a team like that, then so be it. Have a fun season.
The kid picks his spots. Really savvy...when he comes across a mentally weak team like ISU he knows just what buttons to push. Did the same against UCONN.
