I said this in another thread, but the ref who called that charge on THT really set the stage for this fiasco. Pemsl was not even close to being set - he was soooo late in reacting to THT's move that he bumped into him and then just fell backward to sell his flop. Had it been called correctly, Pencilhead likely isn't jawing at Jacobson while laying on the floor (you can see MJ looking back at CP in the replay). Dailey had bumped into Jacobson (seemed very accidental) and Jacobson looks back at CP as he is walking in a straight line and AWAY from the incident. CMac is the one that completely initiates the extracurricular activity. He was looking directly at MJ and then proceeded to walk straight INTO MJ's path & give him an extra pushoff. There was NO need for that. In fact, why wasn't the entitled pr*** walking back toward his fallen teammate (you know, the one that almost needed an amputation due to last year's nearly-fatal collision with Cyclone Alley)? It's 'cuz that's how a dirty player acts - he's Grayson Allen without any of his talent.
