Well deserved award. As stated above, things were looking pretty sad before he got in against OSU the second series of the game.
I think he have good games against OU, WVU and TX so that is all that matters to the writers.
Weird the KU woman beater was first team ahead of some really good players would have thought he would win it but congrats to Brock, well deserved, look forward to having him the next few years.
I think it's amazingly huge that the Freshman of the Year award went to not only a Cyclone player, but a player that holds down the most important position in football.

Nice young man. I can't wait for next season to see him get twelve opportunities to carve up opposing defenses. Especially the baby-brother hok clowns.
Skies the limit for the kid, hopefully we can continue the development of the O-line for him and our running back core. Would love to see what DM's numbers could have looked like if he didn't have to break a first tackle at the line consistently.
