The Oline is a mess, but the Vikes have just had too many key starters on both sides in and out of the line-up with injuries. No continuity. Post season success doesn't look to be in the books.
What O lineman should the Vikes go with their first pick?

This was one of those seasons, I knew better than get my hopes up. All rah rah crap about how this was the Vikings year were empty words. When Zimmer drafted a CB, then the oline started dropping in camp, I knew it would be another year of the same.

That series of plays drove me nuts.

2nd and 10 - Holding call to put them at 2nd and 20
2nd and 20 - 4 yard pass
3rd and 16 - 5 yard pass
4th and 11 - 3 yard pass.

Of course, with that O-line he didn't have time to do much else.

Bad o-line with no running game and an immobile QB makes things pretty easy for the defense.
Yeah, we saw this play out a few times this year...Purdy really helped there as a run threat.

That play calling comes straight from the Minnesota Vikings patented prevent offense playbook.

Well, on the bright side there should be plenty of offensive linemen still available in the 4th round after the Vikings draft 3 DBs.

I can't believe the ST coach hasn't been fired yet. Flip isn't giving much reason to keep his job, either (along with the OL coach, but maybe some of that is due to Sparano's sudden passing).

Plenty of teams lose guys. It becomes an issue when your **** for brains staff and front office shell out tons of $ and high picks on defense, built zero OL front line talent OR depth with a QB that can't move holds on to the ball too long and fumbles all the time. Rhodes is massively overpaid and overrated. He is good, but even games he's not out with injury he is constantly missing series. If a game is called tight he's not all that effective.
Where would this piece of **** offense be if they didn't fall completely ass backwards into possibly their best offensive player? DeFilipo is garbage.
