I think he is good already with the potential to be great. However, his shot selection left a lot to be desired last night as well as Shayok's.
THT I can understand but Shayok is a senior who should know better.
He can shoot but right now he's taking some "freshman" bad shots. He's not 30 lbs overweight either, he will grow and become leaner.
Rivalries are great.
Clowns, Hoks, little brother, and Super bowl are all super lame and overplayed.

They are, but those terms or similar terms are used in almost every rivalry. Just low-hanging fruit.
Had a few pull up contested jumpers early in the shot clock. Something that can be easily fixed.

Iowa was better last night for sure, and probably are the better team right now.
But like most years, ISU will be the better team at the end of the year when it matters. That's what Fran fails to understand. Iowa played as well a game as you will see this entire season last night. ISU played its worst game of the year, and will only get better as they continue to get a majority of their rotational guys back, along with their best player (and best basketball player in the arena last night I might add).
So Iowa fans and their team should celebrate the win last night, no doubt. Live it up, because it will likely be the highlight of your season, so enjoy it. ISU will have a LOT better things to look forward to as the season goes on.
