You must not get to watch much NBA then, considering Morris is the only former Cyclone that actually plays.
Jacobson was not terrible at Nebraska. He may not have been flashy, but there's nothing wrong with going 6/6, while making the effort plays too.
You guys have nailed a lot of predictions the last two seasons.
-Nicholas Baer would be the best player on Iowa State
-Garza would be the best post player on Iowa State
-Glad Iowa State wasted two years on Shayok
-Jacobson won't contribute for Iowa State
What other predictions am I missing?
Nader, Morris and Niang all on regular contracts. Burton on a two way but getting good minutes for the Thunder.
Oh boy, that couldn't be more wrong. Niang has played in 18 of the 24 games this year and Burton and Nader have gotten rotational minutes too
Huh, Nader surprises me a little, but the other 3 I can see for sure. But 4 guys is pretty good and not surprising with the Hoiberg era guys. SP will probably get his fair share too
If you're going to add niche Olympic sports like wrestling, why not open it up with the rest of the head-to-head Olympic sports (aka the CyHawk Trophy)?
it is a bit surprising. he has actually had the most amount of time on a full-time contract of any of them. He was the only one to be on a Full Time Contract at the beginning of last season (w/Celtics)
He was hurt to start this season, so he has slowly been getting more time as he comes back. Burton is the surprise, based on the fact he was in Korea last year. But the Thunder seem to really like what he brings to the floor when he's been out there this year.
