There's a ton of stats I can use to make you look dumb, it's so hard to pick from. I'll go with the division winner didn't win a non con game, and marquee win against the east was 7-5 Mich State. At least when the Big 12 North was hot garbage there was one or two teams worth a **** in it.

I highly doubt the B10W, even with one extra team, will ever produce anything remotely close to this run. The last year before this the Big 8 was easily the best conference in the nation with half of the teams in the top 10, all of them being eventual North division teams.

Campbell not having his team ready to play isn't Iowa's problem - its a lame ass excuse.
Butler and Monty faced a Big Ten defense and did nothing - not a coincidence.
Grier, Butler, Murray, etc look amazing when you just run a fly route for a wide open TD 3 times a game.

I didn't say it was Iowa's problem in fact I said the exact opposite. It was one of the many strokes of luck Iowa football enjoyed this season(outside of playing in the Pillow Party West).

The toughest road games Iowa had were at Penn State then Purdue and lost both.

The strokes of luck continued with Iowa's schedule as the played only one ranked opponent(at time of game) at home and as you are keenly aware Kirk and Baby Boy Brian "O"fer'd.

The last meaningful victory Iowa enjoyed was back on 09/08/18(coincidentally that is Iowa's only impressive win as that team is now ranked and Iowa isn't). That said, the team that you did beat was pinched by the weather gods and that team doesn't take the entire off-season and focus on the instate game as their true measure of success.

I agree 100% that the Hawks aren't responsible for the short end of the stick ISU was dealt, but the very least you could do is acknowledge that for all of the fortuitous strokes of stupid luck Kirk and Baby Boy Brian radically underachieved in 2018. Maybe you are immune to the pain of ongoing under performance with Kirk and BBF. It really isn't the fans that I feel bad for it is athletes like Fant that I really feel bad for.

Congrats on the Super Bowl win back on 09/08/18. At a certain point you may want to sacrifice your virginity for the 2019 season maybe your team will punch above its weight class and beat an in conference ranked opponent.

90's Big 12 North was like a whole different division than what it turned into by 2004 or so, although for a while there you still had Mizzou and Colorado still both good.

Not to mention 2003 when KSU went nuts on what an OU team that many considered to be the best ever.

I imagine they just went along and knew it was really out of their hands. Plus they will get to play in the big time atmosphere. I imagine it will be fun until the game starts. I imagine my brother wouldn't look forward to multiple attempts at tackling the likes of Butler or Montgomery. They just aren't on the same level.

Sounds like Ohio State has difficulty getting up for road games against the West.

Like used to dating 8/9s and then you get set up on a wing date with a 4. Hard to stay completely on your game when you aren't that excited to begin with.

I think you take Purdy for games with wind under 24 mph. You put in Drake's QB when guests are higher you don't ever want Stanley seeing the field under such conditions.
