Kansas St game time

Dear People,

Don't wait and see if ISU beats Texas to purchase your tickets. Buy them now. Make a tailgate checklist. Invite friends. Don't worry about the weather. Make memories, not excuses to "maybe" show up. All I remember about the Mizzou game in '05 is the horrible turnout by Cyclone Nation and the team pissing the Big 12 North down their legs.

You want Iowa State to be considered big-time? 61,500 better be in the stands in two weeks.

Good luck with that, no way the students will come to close to filling their section (although I'm guessing we still count tickets sold, not butts in the seats) and the upper corners won't be full either. Nothing to be ashamed of but I'd wager 50,000ish with it being the holiday/travel week. Just being realistic.

I agree but all I heard a lot of excuses last week from people justifying not showing up so I am not sure why the K State game would draw much better than Baylor. Especially considering its a holiday weekend with the students gone. Sure hope I am wrong.

Got my tickets from Cysk a couple months ago. Gonna finally have a heater this year and sides for the tent. I don't want to hear anyone else complaining...I don't even live in Iowa.

Let's use the holiday weekend to help us - there will be a ton of people visiting Iowa that weekend too. Bring them to the game!

Always glad to take care of you.

FYI, we will have two patio heaters and a tent with sides and a space heater. Plenty of food and drink.

They moved the game to after sunset to allow the vampire to move freely about the field. Be sure to buy two corndogs and hold them up to make a crucifix sign. That should make him uncomfortable.

Show up and be loud everyone. If you cant make it or its too cold for your liking, make sure your tickets go to someone that will show up.

A night game after Thanksgiving...Will be chilly but will be a great time to showcase our fan base's support. I hope we get Fox and not FS1, more exposure on national tv.

We attended the 2013 night game vs Kansas after Thanksgiving. Around a record ISU FB game--a low of 7 degrees by halftime.

Was a great evening. Super calm, clear, beautiful winter night with the stars out. 30K maybe showed up.

It was a lot of fun.. The crowd was really into it. ISU was like 2-10, but won this game 34-0 thanks to Jeremiah George 'willing' the team to a dominate victory.

I would implore everyone that can go---to put on your winter gear and attend
