New Uniforms Revealed

Probably has something to do with the fact that gold is a subset of the yellow color.

lol at everyone saying our color is “metallic gold.” Jack Trice says hi. Like everything else these days, wanting it to be true bad enough still doesn’t make it true.
The new design is prone to an "incompleteness" when they do some combinations. No striping on helmet or pants, no white or white trim on the jerseys, and such. W-C-C looks sharp, especially with the white socks, I think, but I understand how it may not fully merge.
I'd like to see WCC with cardinal shoes. Even black shoes would be worth a look, since there's the black collar on the cardinal jersey.
As I said, I'm not here to say that it's a terrible look, just throwing out my opinion on how it could be better. I'm a graphic designer by trade, so I am prone to look at things and think, "It's missing something to make it complete." I guess I would consider it a good start.
I'm sure it's the lack of striping on these unis that make this combination better than our previous set of uniforms. I absolutely hated a white helmet with anything on the old ones except the W-W-W.
It appears there is a full color logo on the helmet. I'm glad they didn't do a stencil.
I wondered if it's the main helmet logo, from the stills posted, it looks like it. That fits the full package much better than using the white-stencil from the all-black uniform.
Others have posted wanting a red stencil. In my opinion it looks better with the full color logo.
