No he didn't. Nate tracks every offer on here for 2020 and no mention of him plus a quick Twitter search shows no offer on there either

Iowa was the first to offer Bruce and the only program that has been expressing serious interest in him.
ISU has a blanket offer to all high school students. You know this.

He flipped. I know Calloway was 100% committed according to Iowa fans and Paul Rhoads flipped him too
Too bad the Calloway to Iowa thing didn't work out. I think with the right tutelage from one of the best DB coaches in the country, that he could have made the next level.
That's funny because Iowa fans were real mad at Parker about the whole Calloway thing
