I am more shocked this is illegal in WV than I am seeing someone found guilty of it.
Isn’t cousin lovin’ legal in WV? Must have taken the part of WV home and forgot it’s illegal elsewhere.

I actually like West Virginia. I have a soft spot for places most others consider flyover land. We all love Iowa, but IA and WV are in the same bucket to most outsiders.
Pretty gorgeous territory, too. Fun to drive through in the summer and fall.
West Virginians have always been very nice to me, too, despite my cardinal and gold-ness, and I had a blast rafting down one of their rivers a few weeks ago!
