They are just mad ISU is getting some attention. They are used to being the media darlings in the state. They forget for the last 40 years they have had most of the media attention out of the 2 teams in the state.
Yup. Pretty much this. They had a nice win yesterday but ISU is stuck on their minds. I love how Campbell and ISU is getting under their skin.

Boy, I bet Mike Hlas really regrets now that he didn't get his wish to go cover the ISU game instead of the Iowa game. A total snoozer in Bloomington with a half full stadium versus what we all witnessed in The Jack last night.... one of the best atmospheres in college football.
I want ISU to win, just makes Iowa beating them look even better.
So are you also spending time on Indiana and Minnesota’s board talking about the record their coach has had in their last few Septembers?
JFC, can't both fanbases be happy with the dominating performances both teams put on last night. People take this S%(* way too seriously.
And that's the way it should be but some of your fans are disturbed by ISU national attention. I would love it if ISU and Iowa continue to win and Nebraska continues to lose!
I’d say both are happy. I’ve never ventured to an Iowa board in the middle of the night to try and talk smack though. It’s weird.
I honestly think Iowa can clip Penn State now. If Wisconsin loses one more, I think Iowa takes the West.
I think Wisconsin will lose one more. I'm not sure Iowa can run the table. I'm actually more worried about Purdue than PSU at this point. As their offense is quite dynamic. Either way I'm enjoying the season.
Interesting that WV is now "terrible" according to Hawk fans, but yesterday they were all predicting WV to beat ISU by like 30-40 points.
