You don’t think ISU can beat OSU? This isn’t exactly a vintage OSU team. They lost their best WR and sounds like Gundy is under fire for his bullying actions last week.
I'm on the record thinking ISU was going to win 1 of the 3 between TCU/WVU/OSU. If Montgomery is out it's going to be really hard to beat a top 25 team on the road. He's just that big of a difference maker. If Oklahoma State did indeed lose Tylan Wallace (which would be news to me) that would make me a lot more comfortable. That dude is a stud
Yeah ISU RB group isn’t that strong. I tried telling that to you awhile ago, and you wouldn’t listen.
I really like our RB group actually. Same with our WR's but doesn't change the fact that Montgomery and Butler are game changers

Maybe he should stop as it not only isn’t working, it is getting worse each year. Teams prepping for ISU gotta love there is no OC and CMC is trying to do it all.
2016 - ISU 60th in total offense
2017 - ISU 86th in total offense
2018 - ISU 123rd in total offense currently
First two years they had an OC too, but I expect those numbers to go up as ISU really doesn't face a team with a good defense the rest of the year outside of maybe Texas.
Position groups require more than just one player. All teams face injuries. Iowa lost its top RB for two weeks and didn’t skip a beat in the running game. Iowa is gonna be starting it’s 6th different LB it looks like this coming weekend. Iowa lost its top CB in the Wisconsin game and had to play a backup. Iowa’s DL has a 8 man rotation. Iowa has started 7 different Offensive linemen.
Having 1 good player at the top is great, but you gotta be deeper than that if you want to win in a P5 conference.

And Iowa's RB's "didn't skip a beat" by averaging 2.9 ypc against a handicapped Big 12 team
