What do you want to discuss, the mating habits of AP pollsters?
We played a team significantly better than Iowa to the final seconds of the game on the road. We would destroy the hoks.
With that said I’m a little disappointed in the offense so hopefully that gets worked out so we can start winning these close games.
That was by far the best defense we've seen this year. They were just so fast
Iowa State fans live on a different planet. To say that you would destroy us is borderline criminal. I'm not 100% sure you could even score 20 on us, let alone beat us by 20? We beat you by double-digits and we missed two fg's. If we played 10 times, MAYBE you'd get us by double-digits once.
Congrats on your moral victor playing TCU to the final seconds. You also won the turnover battle 3-1 and got beat. One of those turnovers was a fluke play where a guy tried to jump a defender that was standing straight up. Another was a terribly thrown ball into triple coverage.
You watched our game instead of Penn State vs Ohio State?
If Fumbling Neb could hold onto the ball and throw a straight pass, you might have had a chance. Not impressed with overrated TCU. Ugly game
I was looking at the stats of the ISU vs TCU game, and I think it is safe to say Iowa would shut ISU out if they played again. As a matter of fact TOE offense looks explosive compared to CMC offense.
