Yeah I don't see why it's a big deal to them. We were better than they were last year, they've been better than us a lot of times pre-CMC
They beat us at our house. No poll changes that result. We may have been better by the end of the year (not convinced either way) but we will never know.

When we beat Iowa on the field or court and they tell me they are still better I want to kill random babies. I can't change my tune when it's the other way around.
I bet $100 on Iowa to beat Wisky and was SO happy I lost. I want them to suck so bad that they have to redefine the word "suck".
In hindsight, all losing bets are not "smart". I paid $100 for Iowa to lose...smart in my book.
I won $200 on ISU-Iowa so I had play money.

Gary Parish does a weekly "Poll Attacks" during basketball season and absolutely crushes voters for their stupidity. I always look forward to that popping up on my Twitter feed. I wonder if anyone does it for football?

They don't rank 26 teams, Colorado is just a team that isn't in the top 25 that got some votes. You literally can't know if they were gonna be #26 if the voters voted for a top 50 lets say.
An ISU education is beginning to look comical if you people really don't understand this.
So you think all teams not in the top 25 are equal? Like Colorado and ISU are equal even though Colorado is receiving the 26th most votes in the country?
When did I say that? I am only saying the AP only ranks a top 25, there is no #26. For instance Iowa is NOT the #32 team right now because they are 7th on the list for others receiving votes.
Well if neither Colorado and Iowa State are in the top 25 how are they not equals in your mind based off the AP Poll?
You are acting desperate now, and it isn't a good look. You are saying that I can't know who is better between say Illinois and ISU because neither are ranked in the AP top 25?
