Well most Clone fans know the names of the entire McCaffery family as well as Mrs. KF. I could not name one Iowa fan that knows the names of any of the ISU coaches families.
Fran's wife is shown on tv in the crowd. I've seen it numerous times and her playing days are discussed.
People know Kirk's wife most likely because of things like the landscaping lawsuit, the son living in section 8, or the fact that she looks like Bruce Vilanch.
Yeah, much less creepy than obsessing over women and children that are related to Iowa coaches.
Then why pull him? If he was so hurt he needed to be pulled, then leaving him in even 1 more play is pretty stupid.
Yeah he did. Almost sacked by AJE but still took a hit. Was hopping ahead to the huddle on one leg. There was a long review over ball placement after an ISU catch and he still stayed in to finish the series. The commentators were even talking about how Kempt needed to be taken out.
He told CMC he didn't feel like he was going to be effective moving forward after giving it a try for the last drive

I know Fran's kids name since they play for Fran, or was recruited and discussed here. I know kirks kids since one coaches with him and another played with a kid i know.
I do, thought CJ should have been pulled in the third quarter. You could tell he wasn't being effective out there and it was time for a change.
I'm sure he would have. The broadcasters were saying how their concern was for Kempt and how he needed to come out but apparently ISU's coaches really wanted to get that first down.
