Was it Twins that said Iowa was out of it with Foster? Seems strange he would be taking an official visit to Iowa if he has already eliminated them.

The Director of Basketball scouting at 247 reported at the Pangos camp that Iowa State was the in-state leader. Believe that's the tidbit you're fishing for.
Iowa and Iowa State will both be in through the end with Foster. One of them is considered the favorite to land him, the other is not. Not complicated
@CyTwins , who is your current favorite Iowa pg target? I’m rooting for Collins, he’s had some pretty epic quotes. My favorite was about people from the big10 can make the league and he can’t believe a big 10 team is recruiting him.
Collins is the best of the bunch by quite a bit according to Brian Snow. All 3 would be great options but I'm really hoping Toussaint pulls the trigger on his visit
Iowa is giving Xavier a field eye view of the CyHawk game and all it costs XF and his family is one of this fifteen OV. Makes sense on both sides.
Plus we know that Fran wouldn't use a basketball game to sell him, not sure event the free pizza would move the needle. ISU will likely get an official too, likely for the Hilton experience for the college basketball program.
Cut his list to 4: UNLV, Wichita St, Iowa and Dayton. Only has offers from the last two of those 4 so likely Fran's if they want him.

I like 247 early B1G rankings. Under key losses for Iowa it says none, and then pegs them in the 10 hole right after Penn State.
I totally agree. Give Fran that extension -- maybe he'll be there long enough to coach his grandchildren.
So Kentucky and Duke didn't make his list of schools? I mean if you including schools that haven't offered then you might as well go for the gusto.
What is the point of listing schools your still considering that you don't have offers from? I doubt he'll get an offer this late in the process if he plans on committing in the Fall so what is the upside.
I'm seriously thinking it possible Toussaint is a silent commit and Iowa asked him to include WSU/UNLV in his final 4 to appease the fan base.
