@benjimill you can laugh all you want, but all I am is optimistic about my team. I think Iowa State is better than Iowa in both basketball and football for now and the foreseeable future. That doesn't make me a troll. You are the one on another team's website talking trash.
I've been right about a ton of things. Yes I was wrong about the Iowa vs Iowa State game last year. But I was right that we were the better team, just took us a bit to get going last year.

Curious, define better. End of season Sagarin Rankings Iowa 18 with 5th toughest schedule, Iowa State 25th with 19th ranked schedule. S&P+ liked Iowa State better, 46 to 49.
Should be a good game again this year.
ISU May turn out to be better and I think it’s reasonable for a Clone fan to say their team is better now, but I don’t know how you can say clearly better. OL for instance, you can’t see how those players will gel. And the Iowa DL is better than the ISU dL, especially if you consider depth.
So ISU averaged almost exactly one yard per kick more than Iowa. I highly doubt that’s going to make a difference in this game.
