That's a better question. I know they really like some of the younger guys in the OL room but who knows. Downing could be a special one but it takes a hell of a OL to be an AA. Impressive KF has had so many. Look at James Daniels, the dude was a freak and I'm not even sure he was all conference

Advanced stats don't account for who you're playing against? Also didn't Iowa have much better OL pass blocking and elite TEs?

Shouldn’t Iowa win many more games pumping out all of these AA linemen? Think KF loses interest after the ISU game especially if he wins. Another year on the contract (& for his kiddo, too)

Nope, I think I watched one half of the TCU game and that was it, other than the Iowa game of course. You don’t need to watch any games to see that Iowa State’s starting QB never makes it to the end of the season.
Between Iowa games and season tickets to the school I attend, I didn’t really have any time for Iowa State games (not that I’d have watched them anyways). Sorry if that hurts your feelings.
