224 lbs for a QB is not a string bean. He's the exact same height/weight as Tom Brady!
You sure they're not just trying to get him ready for his inevitable transition to LB?
Maybe he’s got a large bone structure or something. Based off the pictures you have posted, I would have guessed he weighed around 195 lbs.

I had no idea who he was, but I saw him cleaning up at Pizza Ranch. I was impressed.
Reminds me of Big Ben minus the athleticism and the ability to throw and hold on to the football
