It appears Iowa's Super Bowl is picking up steam outside of just the state of Iowa

In 2017, the junior led the Hawkeyes to their first bowl victory since 2010. His solid touchdown-to-interception ratio (26-6) exemplified Iowa’s typical Kirk Ferentz philosophy of minimizing mistakes. Stanley’s overall numbers in 2017 were not spectacular (55.8 percent completion rate, 2,432 yards) but he saved his best efforts for the biggest games: A season-high 333 yards and five touchdown passes against Iowa State
The bowl game or the game vs ISU? The Iowa ISU game, like the triple OT game was phenomenal.'Twas a great game for sure.

Only these States have teams in different Power conferences:
Texas
Florida
Georgia
South Carolina
Kentucky
Indiana (Notre Dame counts I guess)
Pennsylvania
Texas, Indiana, and PA teams used to/haven’t/aren’t this year playing so it’s a unique matchup, that’s for sure.
How would the “State of Iowa” be better off by having less National exposure?I've always said that the state of Iowa would have been far better off with only one P5 school in the state for sports purposes.

Don’t buy it. Nearby states with 1 power school like Colorado, Missouri don’t have more success. From a sports perspective. One team would mean more money pooling into that team that would then have more resources. Bet there would be a 90,000 seat stadium.

You know 90,000 is less than 130,000 combined now?
