You count Stanley's ten or so snaps against NDSU in 2016 as having experience.
I never said Stanley played a whole game before last year. Kempt didn't even play half of the Okie State game I was being generous and rounding up. Any way you look at it the stats say Kempt was a better QB while playing a tougher schedule so not sure how you could ever say Stanley was better
Could you imagine if Iowa had this guy coming in? He's ranked similar Oliver Martin and Martin was going to be Iowa's go to WR as a freshman

I will give you Lima as the best DT in the state. Anthony Nelson is the best DE though.
