I agree, Iowa really struggles to recruit quality depth there
How deep does ISU go on each line?
Outside of the top 10-15 programs in the country, I would bet most struggle with depth up front on both sides of the ball.

I should have clarified, the middle of the linesNot really. DT you could make a case but Reiff, Nelson and Lattimore have all played quite a bit.
DE has a lot of experience and talent with Nelson, Hesse and AJE.

OL depth will be an issue this year. I don't think depth will be an issue up front on either side of the ball with CMC by next year actually
Strong on the DL, not good on the OL. Better than last year on the OL though but that's not saying much
Even after all this bickering in this thread. Cytwins is predicting that Iowa beats ISU. Smh...
So how deep does each line go this year? That was my question.

And next year this could be flipped flopped. That is the nature of college sports. Hard to have it all unless you are the OSUs and Bamas of the world.
Yup, he even thinks ISU would have 8 players and Iowa 3 on offense and defense if you combined the teams.
Doesnt say much about CMC's coaching ability if you ask me.
Next year ISU will have strong depth on both sides of the ball but OK
And you know this how? A lot can happen in a year.
You only put 4 Iowa players on the "All Iowa Defensive Team" and are predicting an Iowa win. We all know why
4 Iowa, 6 ISU and then a toss up.
Cytwins is starting to sound like some Iowa basketball fans talking about depth.
ISU only has one senior on their OL two deep and he's a backup
So just because they have a lot of guys coming back means they will have "quality" depth (Iowa bball fans get made fun of for the same thing). Plus you haven't accounted for injuries or guys quitting or anything else. Like I said, a lot can happen in a year in college sports.
I expect ISU to have a lot of depth on the OL and DL next year (unless Lima goes pro then who knows). We can agree to disagree.
Both Iowa and ISU will struggle with depth on the OL this year for different reasons and Iowa will struggle with depth at the DT while ISU should have strong depth on the entire DL
